Boltz Advogados is a wide-ranging performance law firm, specialized in legal counseling on business law. It is composed of a highly qualified team, able to attend its clients in a personalized, objective and agile manner, and able to adjust itself to the business profile of each client.

The firm originated from traditional law firms specialized in the legal counseling of companies mainly of German, Swiss and Austrian origin, which established themselves in Brazil, which resulted in a legacy of more than 40 years of excellence and quality.

The adequate and competent legal advice in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of companies, as well as through mergers and acquisitions operations, and the permanent legal guidance on the daily basis of these companies in the Brazilian territory, have made Boltz Advogados a law firm worthy of this legacy.

With the goal of providing legal counseling of excellence, the law firm invests in the constant updating and development of its professionals.

  • 1979
    Beate Christine Boltz joined the law firm FLORENCE ADVOGADOS, led by attorney Dr. Francisco Florence since the 60’s.
  • 1997
    Beate Christine Boltz becomes a partner of FLORENCE ADVOGADOS, law firm, which was renamed as FLORENCE, BOLTZ ADVOGADOS.
  • 2008
    Restructuring of the FLORENCE, BOLTZ ADVOGADOS law firm, with Beate Christine Boltz taking the lead, and Thomas Brink, associate of the firm since 2005, being admitted as partner.
  • 2012
    Withdrawal of Dr. Francisco Florence from the firm, which was renamed as BOLTZ, BRINK ADVOGADOS.
  • 2016
    Admission of José Pedro Pacheco do Amaral, attorney of the firm since 2009, as partner.
  • 2021
    Thomas Brink left the office, changing the name to BOLTZ ADVOGADOS.
